A new survey from Accountemps, a Robert Half company, looks at the likelihood of people returning to work for a former employer.

 

98%

of hiring managers would rehire an employee who left on good terms.

 

48%

of workers would go back to a former employer.

 

23%

of workers unlikely to return said the reason was because they didn’t like management.
