Survey: Business Confidence Rebounds

The latest Global Economic Conditions Survey (GECS) by ACCA and IMA® found that global economic confidence bounced back in Q4 2019, recovering from the record low seen in Q3 2019.

 

While the overall confidence level was still pessimistic, it did increase by 15% globally compared to Q3. Regional increases included:

 

ASIA PACIFIC: 11%

NORTH AMERICA: 22%

MIDDLE EAST: 16%

WESTERN EUROPE: 18%

SOUTH ASIA: 17%
