Notice of Ethics Violation

The IMA® Committee on Ethics has ruled that Junjiang Bai, #7438656, and Jun Pu, #1053780, have violated the IMA Statement of Ethical Professional Practice.


The Committee has voted to terminate these individuals’ association with IMA as provided in Article II, Sections 5 and 6 of the IMA Bylaws. Their CMA certifications have also been revoked and are ineligible for reinstatement.


The IMA Committee on Ethics encourages organizations and individuals to adopt, promote, and execute business practices consistent with high ethical standards, by providing valuable insight in response to our changing profession. The Committee upholds the IMA Statement of Ethical Professional Practice and provides subject-matter expertise to members of IMA for resolution of ethical conflicts.     Great to see that IMA is upholding the high ethical standards, unlike other accounting organizations that just fine members.
